All three are established in the EEA, and the processing agreement with statichost.eu bars any transfer of personal data outside the EEA without prior written approval.

statichost.eu states in its own privacy policy that it stores no personal data relating to website visits, and that it treats sites it hosts exactly as it treats its own. That is their statement about their systems rather than ours, so it is linked above rather than repeated here as though we had verified it.

If you email us

If you send us an email, we process your email address and the contents of your message in order to reply. The basis for this is our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or performance of a contract where one exists.

We keep correspondence no longer than necessary, save that records subject to a statutory retention obligation are kept for the period the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@aardlijn.nl .

You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch supervisory authority. If you are resident in another EU member state, you may equally approach your own national supervisory authority.
